Oil

Oil elementals have the passive ability to be immune to the passive touch of radiation elementals!

When EHP hits 0, an oil elemental's abilities will begin gradually taking PHP overtime, and any further actions will have DEF disadvantage until EHP can be recovered.

​

If abilities that take EHP are used when EHP is at 0, then the loss of PHP and disadvantages will get worse each time.

Petrolikinesis

  • Manipulate crude oil to quicken and protect yourself

  • +2 DEX, +1 DEF while in use

  • Consumes 0 Elemental HP

Venzíkinesis

  • Manipulate crude oil’s temperature to boost attacks and create fuel.

  • +2 STR/ATK, +1 DEX while in use

  • Consumes 0 Elemental HP

Oleokinesis

  • Manipulate volatile oils to protect and defend yourself and allies.

  • +3 MIND while in use

  • Consumes 0 Elemental HP

  • Merge into oil to teleport between oil-based substances

  • Roll d100 + DEX for success on advantage.

  • Consumes 3 Elemental HP

  • Evaporate oil with dangerous temperatures and contaminate the air around an opponent.

  • Grants +4 to a MIND attack with Advantage.

  • Consumes 3 Elemental HP

  • Rapidly cool oil to create a thick layer of protection to help absorb attacks.

  • Can be used on an ally or oneself.

  • Grants DEF Advantage for two turns.

  • Does not work against fire-related techniques.

  • Consumes 2 Elemental HP

  • Create a cloud of oily protective mist around yourself or an ally.

  • Grants +5 DEX.

  • Consumes 2 Elemental HP.

  • Create a corrosive pool of tar around up to 5 characters or a structure, and suck them into the ground.

  • Causes opponents to roll 100 + DEX to avoid.

  • Grants +7 to STR
  • Consumes all Elemental HP

  • If elemental HP is below its max, you must roll for physical damage

  • Manipulate oil around your body to move at faster speeds over longer distances.

  • Advantage on all stats until damage is taken.

  • Consumes 5 Elemental HP

  • Create a series of explosions by rapidly heating an oil source to attack enemies or a structure within reason.

  • Target up to 4 opponents with Advantage or 5 opponents with a regular roll.

  • +7 STR with Advantage.

  • Consumes all Elemental HP

  • If elemental HP is below its max, you must roll for physical damage

  • Purify oil into a healing jelly capable of fast-sealing wounds.

  • Can heal up to 3 targets. Roll the target’s max PHP amount to determine how much is healed.

  • Consumes all Elemental HP

Absolute Oil

  • Requires 5 STRUCT

  • Become your element. There's no going back from this.

  • Turn your body into oil in order to change forms at will, move much quicker, and endure hits much easier.

  • Grants a permanent +3 to all stats, including PHP and EHP.

  • You can no longer use items meant to lessen the effects of Unnatural Elements.

  • An extra PHP point will be taken away each round when EHP runs out. 

  • Grants the ability to change forms for MIND or STR advantage.
