Aegis
So you want to join Aegis?
Here are a few things you need to know!

Aegis was founded 20 years ago, (by NPC, Dolores Espina,) and functions similar to the military.

Recruits must first complete a series of tests to make sure they are fit for the job. Any health conditions that might hinder their ability to function or put them or others in danger will result in rejection for their own safety.

Some physical conditions are allowed however, depending on the branch recruits will be joining.

There are three branches. Alias, investigation, and science.

Aegis now accepts Unnatural and Natural elements.

Recruits must complete 3 weeks of basic training before graduating to agent status, and earn their very own alias as a badge of honor.

From then on, it's up to you how your OC ranks up, or if they're still new to the scene!
Important ranks may potentially be discussed and awarded to members over time. So, while you can choose your rank and importance to Aegis, please don't assume leadership of any particular branch quite yet!
Branches

Alias

Every aegis agent earns an alias once they graduate, but the Alias branch are the heroes known for going out and dealing with public issues. They're known better by their pseudonyms than their real names.

Alias is the main branch of Aegis, and will often be called out to do the majority of missions.

They handle the most dangerous criminals, and often might find themselves in combat situations.

This branch has little room for weakness.
Investigation

The investigation branch speaks for itself. This branch investigates crime scenes and the aftermath of most happenings.

Investigation works closely with Alias agents in order to solve and prevent criminal activity.

This branch consists of professionals such as detectives and crime scene investigators.

Investigation has some room for physical disability, as it is not as dangerous as being a full fledged Alias.
Science

This branch is in charge of taking samples from the investigation team and helping to solve crime on a deeper level, and to work to strengthen the other branches.

Science is the hidden backbone of Aegis, working hard to advance their understanding of how criminals work, and how to make Aegis better as a whole.

The science branch consists of professionals such as engineers, pharmacists, forensic scientists, chemists, doctors, and more.

This branch has the most room for physical disabilities, as it is much less dangerous than being on the front lines with Alias and Investigation!
