Main Level

The Main Level is where the Trench is most active. It is full of businesses, clubs, tattoo parlors, bars, and more! You’ll never find yourself alone here in its busy streets. There are no homes on the main level, but there are occasional apartments. It once was an underground city used as shelter from the War of the Gods, but has since been claimed by those who deem themselves Trenchers.

The main level is where you'll show up once you get through the subway tunnels! The Main Subway Tunnel leads to the K67 abandoned subway up in The Bronze District, and the West Tunnel is a collapsed tunnel with an entrance accessible from the K10 Graveport Warehouse.

The South tunnel leads to The Basement Level of the trench, and the North tunnel leads to various places above ground!

Level Two

Level Two is in a ring above the Main Level, able to see the underground city from above. There are both homes and businesses up here. This level is much less lively than the main level, being lit by old flickering lights, and streets littered with trash and rats.

Level Two is home to the shadiest tricksters, and it is where the fabled Black Market resides. The surface landers have their theories about it, but little do they know, it's an actual market where you can buy some of the strangest things you can think of.

It's safe to be wary in these parts. Especially if you're a Natural Elemental who's unfamiliar with your whereabouts.

Level Three

Level three is the most quiet place in The Trench. It is full of homes for those who wish to live their lives in the Trench and avoid the surface. Families with Unnatural Elemental children, and those who prefer the underground live here.

It is set up like your typical subdivision, with comfortable homes, yards, streets, and even a park and a pond. There are streetlights lighting up the area, much like they would during the night, free of all of the harsh neon lighting from the other levels.

Level three is the newest level in The Trench, slowly built from scratch over the last 40 years as a more permanent home for many Unnatural Elementals.

KDDO BATTLE ROYALE ARENA
Welcome to the KDDO Battle Royale Arena. The only way to get here is to travel through the South Tunnel and head down. The tunnel is lined with old, busted mechs and cars as memorabilia from past events.

Once you come to the end of the tunnel, you get to ride one of the two lifts. The one on your left is huge. Big enough to hold multiple vehicles. This one is for competitors only, and it will take you down to the loading area, where you can take your car to the race track, or you can take your mech to the arena.

Once you show your ticket and step on the right lift, you might be packed in with other people looking to spectate the events too. At the top, you’ll be met with a huge wide open space. Much bigger than you’d imagine if you haven’t been here before. It’s dark, but floodlights and neon lights illuminate the area enough for you to see.

First, there’s a race track down below. and there’s railings, bridges and stairs keeping you from falling. Up above are places carved into the walls to sit and watch from afar. Smaller lifts and stairs will bring you there.

You’ll walk right over the race track as you go across the widest bridge in front of the main lift. From there you’ll get to the main attraction. The mech arena. The mech arena is in the center of the basement level, with tall walls blocking your view of it until you get to the end of the bridge. You’ll arrive at the top of the arena, with stairs going down through the audience spaces. There are rows and rows of seats for people to sit and witness.

Around the playing field, is a hardlight shield that allows the audience to see every moment of the mech fights without risk of injury from flying parts.

The playing field itself is about as big as you’d expect a soccer field to be. It doesn’t look like much at first, but hidden underneath are elements of all kinds, controlled by staff members in the loading area. The playing field can change, shrink, and throw anything at the contestants at any time.

Food and drink are also available if you’d like to pour more cash into the upkeep of the arena.

Have fun!
